1. Our 30-Night Sleep Trial We stand behind the quality of our products. Every order comes with a 30-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@claireandlune.com.

2. Eligibility To be eligible for a refund the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition
  • The product must show no signs of heavy use or damage
  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
  • A valid reason for the return must be provided

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the product showing its current condition

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

4. Refund Processing Once your return is approved and we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Situations We do not issue refunds for:
