3. Products We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We do our best to display product colors and descriptions as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur.

4. Pricing All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of purchase is final.

5. Orders By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will issue a full refund if we do so.

6. Payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

7. Shipping We offer free standard shipping across Canada. Estimated delivery time is 8 to 14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Claire & Lune is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

8. Returns & Refunds We offer a 30-night sleep trial. If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@claireandlune.com for a full refund. Products must be returned in reasonable condition.

9. Intellectual Property All content on claireandlune.com including images, text and branding is the property of Claire & Lune and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability Claire & Lune is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved under Dutch jurisdiction.
