Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take? All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is $4.95 CAD. Orders of $50 CAD or more qualify for free shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to make changes to your order, contact us at info@claireandlune.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
Products
Are your products safe for sensitive skin? We carefully select products that are gentle and suitable for most skin types. However, we always recommend checking the ingredient list before use and doing a patch test if you have sensitive or reactive skin.
How soon will I see results? Results vary depending on your skin type and how consistently you use the product. Most customers notice a visible difference within 2 to 4 weeks of regular use.
Are your products tested on animals? No. All products in our collection are cruelty-free.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-Day Glow Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
Can I return an opened product? Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare and beauty products can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How long does a refund take? Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
